MA Scope of Work<\/strong>
This document is created to serve as a mutually acceptable Scope of Work (SOW) between ThaiNetwork ITService Co., Ltd. (TNS) and TNS\u2019s Customer.<\/p>\n

MA Scope of Work<\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n

Every job we do for our Customer will be prefaced with a Scope of Work that will be reviewed with the Customer representative and\/or assigned engineer before we do the job. We make sure you are comfortable with all aspects of the project, big or small.<\/p>\n

TNS shall provide remedial maintenance during the Service Hours when notified that the equipment is inoperative. TNS will use its best efforts to respond to the call for remedial service within the Response Time. The Company also provides preventative maintenance either by arrangement with the Customer or which may be performed concurrently with remedial maintenance.<\/p>\n

Customer will be responsible for providing a single point of contact for coordination with TNS assigned IT Specialist.<\/p>\n

  1. Hardware & Peripherals
    Upkeep and maintenance of the hardware installed including Servers, Personal Computers, Printers,
    Scanners, CD Writers, Laptops and Telephone system.
    \u2013 Maintain System Services & Configurations
    \u2013 Install & Update Drivers
    \u2013 Apply OS Patches, Program Patches, Performance Tweaks
    \u2013 Registry Optimization & Repair
    \u2013 Perform System Log Verifications
    \u2013 Hardware & Disk Space Check
    \u2013 Scandisk, Remedy Disk Errors
    \u2013 Perform Disk Cleanup & Defragmentation
    \u2013 Temp File Cleaning
    \u2013 Server Data Backup
    \u2013 Physical Equipment Cleaning
    \u2013 Coordination with OEMs for troubleshooting of the computer and other peripherals under warranty.<\/li>\n
  2. Security
    Maintenance of Local Area Network (LAN) installed in the customer premises including configuration
    and trouble-shooting of routers and managed switches.
    \u2013 Perform critical security updates & Security Assessment
    \u2013 Protection Program Updates (Antivirus, Spyware)
    \u2013 Virus, Spyware, Trojan Removal & Repair
    \u2013 Configure & Manage Firewall\/Perimeter Devices
    \u2013 Maintain VPN Infrastructure
    \u2013 IDS\/IPS infrastructure Management
    \u2013 Setup Security Policy<\/li>\n
  3. Networking
    Maintenance of Local Area Network (LAN) installed in the customer premises including configuration
    and trouble-shooting of routers and managed switches.
    \u2013 Configure VLAN, LAN and Wireless Network
    \u2013 Manage ADSL routers, switches and hubs.
    \u2013 Manage network connectivity to Server, Network Printers or other sharable resources.
    \u2013 Check Hardware, load, paths and apply security patches
    \u2013 Check port\/cable connectivity using LAN Tester.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Applications
      The following Software Applications are supported under TNS Maintenance Plan.
      \u2013 Operating Systems o Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2010 o Microsoft Windows 98, XP, Vista, Windows 7 o Linux Ubantu, Indian, RedHat
      \u2013 Setup Email Client
      \u2013 Protection Program (Antivirus, Spyware)
      \u2013 Productivity Software o Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint<\/li>\n
    2. Exclusions
      Unless specifically noted within this SOW, customer is responsible for the repairs\/fixing\/replacement of all the electrical \/electronic, and\/or mechanical components and parts of the Computer Systems and Accessories, including the Printers, Scanners, Drive\/Cd-Writers, Toner, Ink Cartridge, Modems & UPS etc.
      \u2013 Moving or Relocating Equipment
      \u2013 Repair, replacement of malfunctioning\/nonfunctioning equipment or parts
      \u2013 Installing new PC\u2019s or Servers*
      \u2013 Installing new printers or other external devices*
      \u2013 Maintenance, Support of Software (not listed under the \u201cApplications\u201d Section
      \u2013 Verification that the Customer\u2019s software licenses are valid and current. Licensing of the Customer\u2019s software remains the responsibility of the Customer.
      \u2013 Laying of cables<\/li>\n
    3. Add-on Services (Optional)
      Below is the list of Add-on Services available to our customer.
      \u2013 Infrastructure Setup
      \u2013 Maintenance of IP Phones
      \u2013 Data backup on Personal Computers
      \u2013 Server (apps, mail, Web) monitoring
      \u2013 Data recovery
      \u2013 Network load-balancing and redundancy
      \u2013 Implement firewall
      \u2013 Stand-by arrangement to be made in case the equipment is to be taken to workshop for repairs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
